Shipping Information:
We use USPS as the default shipping method. We also use UPS and other services upon the request.
International Orders:
We ship out the international orders via USPS First Class Mail International. Please note we will send CD's only
for international orders to save your shipping cost.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Customer will get a refund when return merchandise is returned or an order is canceled.
We don't have a refund policy for prepared tax returns that have been mailed out to our clients.
